Trying to pass a paper bag off as a $25 cat toy— now that’s low. What makes the “Kat Sack Toy” so special? It makes a “magical” crinkling sound that cats can’t resist. The cat featured in the demo, however, has another opinion and it’s more along the lines of “get me the hell out of this paper bag you fools!”
